Stearns Home Inspections offers fast, reliable, professional inspections for your home.

Daniel's professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. His reports are clear and concise with severity categorization that make it easy to prioritize any issues found. The photos he provides also make clear his detail oriented approach which provide assurance that no stone was left unturned during his inspection. I would absolutely recommend his services for anyone needing an unbiased home inspection.

We had an incredible experience with Stearns Home Inspections! Daniel was exceptionally thorough, uncovering details we never would have thought to check ourselves. He even noticed that our bedroom door didn’t have a lock—how did we miss that? His precision and attention to detail stood out, and his inspection report was comprehensive, clear, and professional. We especially appreciated the inclusion of videos to highlight specific issues. On top of all this, the pricing was very reasonable, even with radon testing included. We highly recommend Stearns Home Inspections; you won’t regret choosing them!

Daniel did a great job with my home inspection. He is very friendly, but most importantly he was thorough in his inspection and the resulting report.

Daniel did a thorough and careful inspection of our home. He was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone!

I’m a local Realtor for the Huntsville, Alabama area and I have personally used Sterns Home Inspections. I’ve seen a few clients pick Sterns from my preferred Inspector list as well and have yet to see anything short of amazing! Daniel is so wonderful to work with as he’s very thorough on his reports and extremely communicative. I have had some very last minute needs and questions that Daniel was able to check out and answer promptly helping me figure out problems that were time sensitive. For my own personal property, I forgot to mention needing radon testing and Daniel was able to go back out immediately during a tight inspection period. His work ethic is remarkable and his desire to bring resolution is outstanding. You can tell he enjoys serving his community and being very helpful! Obviously, he’s a fantastic inspector and I highly recommend using him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Daniel is a pleasant breath of fresh air in the service business. We had our new home inspected and he found some notable issues we needed to address with the builder. The report provided was very helpful and he was friendly and professional to the T!
